We want to make all of your appointments with us convenient and easy, which is why we’re happy to provide you with some resources to help you feel completely prepared. To make sure that you feel well-informed along every step of the dental process, we’ve provided you with some insight and important information about your first visit and payment below. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact our staff.
When you first arrive at our dental office, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly front desk administrators. They’ll take your patient forms and process any paperwork necessary before bringing you back into the treatment area. Our dental staff will capture necessary X-rays and conduct a thorough examination of your teeth and gums in search of early signs of oral health problems. Next, we’ll clean all plaque and tartar from the surface of your teeth and polish and floss them. Before you leave, we’ll discuss any future treatments you may require and be sure to schedule your next visit.
We ask that all of our patients fill out our new patient forms prior to their first appointment. These will include information about your dental and medical history, allowing us to look out for early signs of problems that you may be susceptible to developing at your first appointment. We’ve provided a link to our forms below, so you can save as much as 15 minutes by filling them out at home instead of our dental office.
We accept virtually all PPO dental insurance plans and are happy to maximize your benefits each time you visit us. If you inform our front desk staff of what type of insurance you have, we can provide you with rough estimates of your coverage so you aren’t completely in the dark about treatment costs. To learn whether we’re in-network with your provider, reach out to us!

Some treatments, like cosmetic dentistry and dental implants, aren’t always covered by dental insurance. That’s why we also offer financing, so instead of paying for an entire treatment up-front, you can break up the cost into more manageable, smaller monthly payments that are easy to incorporate into your budget. If you have questions about our financing options, reach out to our staff!
For patients who don’t have dental insurance or would like a less confusing and hassle-free alternative, we also offer dental savings plans. They don’t have premiums, deductibles, annual maximums, or waiting periods. All you do is pay the yearly membership fee and you’re able to enjoy discounts on our services.
