Dr. Randy J. Allain, DDS, FAGD, FICOI, is a distinguished dentist with a robust educational background and an extensive professional career. He has recently joined our five-office group practice, bringing with him decades of expertise and a passion for advanced dental care.

Dr. Allain's journey began at Farmington High School, where he excelled academically and athletically as a varsity wrestler. He then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition at Michigan State University, where he also gained valuable research experience in neuroendocrinology and physiology. His academic pursuits led him to the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1986.

For 35 years, Dr. Allain owned a successful private practice, emphasizing advanced diagnostics, aesthetic reconstructive care, and a range of specialized dental procedures. He holds fellowships with the Academy of General Dentistry and the International Congress of Oral Implantology. His professional development includes comprehensive training in orthodontics, aesthetic dentistry, implantology, oral surgery, and IV sedation. Notably, he completed advanced reconstructive training at the Dawson Academy and implant training at the Misch International Implant Institute.

Dr. Allain's commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his extensive training in advanced bone grafting and complex surgical procedures. His dedication to patient-centered care has earned him a reputation for delivering high-quality dental services.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Allain is an avid traveler and scuba diver, always eager to explore new cultures and underwater landscapes. He is a tech enthusiast who enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest innovations. Additionally, he enjoys pickleball and bike riding as part of maintaining an active lifestyle. Dr. Allain is a proud father of two sons in their late 20s and resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan, a city he cherishes for its vibrant community and beautiful surroundings.
